hugph engages technology partners for cloud hosting, platform security, analytics, and customer support tools. These providers act as personal information processors under data processing agreements and may not use your data for any purpose other than providing services to hugph.

The hugph Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. hugph does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under 21 years of age. The minimum age requirement is enforced through mandatory KYC identity verification during account registration.
If hugph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the associated account will be immediately terminated, any balance forfeited in accordance with the hugph Terms and Conditions, and the personal data deleted or anonymized to the extent not subject to mandatory retention under applicable law.

Some hugph service providers and technology partners may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the Philippines, hugph will implement appropriate safeguards as required by the Data Privacy Act, including contractual clauses that impose obligations on the recipient equivalent to the protections applicable in the Philippines.
hugph ensures that all international data transfers are conducted in compliance with NPC rules on cross-border data flows and that recipients of transferred data are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
hugph may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in hugph's data processing activities, applicable law, or National Privacy Commission guidance. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered hugph account holders via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of the hugph Platform following notification of a Policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you may request closure of your hugph account.
