You must notify hugph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your hugph account. hugph may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation upon receipt of such a notification.
All deposits to your hugph account must be made using payment methods accepted by hugph and listed in the hugph cashier at the time of the transaction. Accepted Philippine payment methods currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. hugph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currency will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Hugph bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. hugph reserves the right to void any deposit made from a third-party account and to restrict or terminate your hugph account accordingly.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change. Current deposit limits are displayed within the hugph cashier. hugph may apply additional deposit limits in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements or as a condition of promotional terms.
You may request a withdrawal of any positive balance held in your hugph account, subject to the conditions set out in this section and any applicable wagering requirements associated with promotional balances.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same legal name as your hugph account, as verified through the KYC process. Each game available on the hugph platform is governed by specific game rules, which are accessible within each game environment. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hugph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any hugph content without express prior written authorisation from hugph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hugph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the hugph platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of winnings arising from technical faults, network interruptions, or system downtime.
hugph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hugph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hugph account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude hugph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
hugph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the hugph platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.
Your continued access to and use of the hugph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the hugph platform and may request closure of your account.
These Terms and your use of the hugph platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If a dispute is not resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
